Centennial Commons - Community Center Expansion

Design of a 31,850 sf addition to an existing community center and conversion of an indoor ice arena to an indoor soccer arena. 

The addition includes a new 2 court gymnasium, with overhead walking/jogging track, weight-fitness area, multipurpose rooms, meeting room, youth activities room, large open game room, tot gym, locker rooms and community lobby.  Renovations include New youth activity room, locker rooms and indoor soccer field.

Because the property is located in a flood plane, the ground floor of the addition was set 4' above the existing community center in order place the expansion above the designated high water mark.
