Recreation and Wellness Center Expansion (RWC)
Includes renovation of the existing recreation center and a 5-story 152,000 sf addition. Stacked vertically due to site constraints, the addition serves as a new gateway to the campus. The grade level of the addition includes the relocated student entry, a cafe and student lounge. terraced weight-fitness atrium and Wellness Center. A lower level contains strength & conditioning space, cycling studio, lockers, Outdoor Adventure Center and climbing/bouldering area. Upper levels include 5 double height multipurpose rooms, catering kitchen, elevated jogging track, two-court MAC, and two classrooms. Additional weight-fitness space is located throughout the facility.

A three-level administrative suite occupies the western tip of the building and covers an entry plaza below.
